Requirements
- Completed training as a state-recognized educator, special education teacher, social educator, social worker, early childhood educator, or a comparable qualification
- Professional competence in inclusive work and accompanying children with individual learning needs
- Ability to open, appreciative, and clear communication with colleagues, parents, and children
- Knowledge of current pedagogical and legal provisions
