Trafficking Case Manager III - Heartland Housing Sanctuary (Part Time, Overnignt)

This position will work as part of the human trafficking team providing comprehensive case management, safety planning, and ongoing support to survivors of human trafficking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or human service field
• Two years direct care experience in Human Services preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
