Job Description
FDB is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Manager specializing in pharmacy informatics to join their healthcare information technology team. This role focuses on developing and implementing product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet customer and patient needs, commercial targets, and regulatory requirements. The team works with both healthcare system and clinical decision support (CDS) developers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare product management and EHR configuration
- Strong understanding of the health system and pharmacy landscape
- Proven track record of successful software product management
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
