Population Health Analyst

The Population Health Analyst supports the design, build, and maintenance of Epic Healthy Planet and Compass Rose tools to enable population health management, care coordination, and quality improvement programs.

Requirements

• Epic Healthy Planet certification
• Epic Compass Rose certification
• 3 years of experience in Epic application build or clinical program support
• experience configuring registries, measures, dashboards, and care programs in Epic
• understanding of population health workflows and quality program requirements
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• attention to detail and commitment to data integrity
• ability to work collaboratively across technical and clinical teams
• bachelor’s degree in public health, health informatics, nursing, or a related field
• familiarity with value-based care programs and clinical reporting is a plus
