Manager, Customer Success

HealthJoy is a company that guides employees to affordable, high-quality healthcare by consolidating their health and wellness strategies into a simple, unified digital experience. The company is looking for a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team of Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, and Account Managers to support their East region customers. The role will be responsible for retention and growth across one of HealthJoy's Sales Regions, as well as driving revenue goal achievement across the team through regular coaching and pipeline reviews.

Requirements

• Experience selling to / partnering with benefit consultant teams
• Minimum 7+ years of customer-facing account leadership or related experience
• Minimum 2+ years of direct people management experience
• Proven success managing renewal across a large book of business
• Strategic and results-oriented approach to partnering with customers at all levels of an organization
• Demonstrated success managing customer retention and account growth
• Highly collaborative and influential with teammates and business partners
