The role involves collaborating with teams across the business to coordinate contracting, client onboarding, service adoption, and customer outcome support.
Requirements
- Manage the launch of GP and Mental Health contracts
- Act as the secondary point of contact for clients
- Manage contracts and progress on behalf of your SAM
- Attend virtual and face-to-face wellbeing events
- Reporting GP and Mental Health sub client headcounts
- Managing a portfolio of Mental Health and GP clients
- Proactive client relationship management
- Renewal negotiations for client contract retention levels
- Supporting upselling and cross selling of HealthHero services
- Maintaining the highest standard of customer service and support
- Maintaining personal statistical renewal reports
