Job Description
Health Connect America is seeking a Family Centered Treatment Therapist to provide high-quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families. The role involves providing FCT clinical services, conducting interventions, and supporting families and children throughout the 4 phases of treatment. The organization is dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care and fostering healing and growth for individuals and families.
Requirements
- Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Clinical Services
- Deliver FCT clinical services in the living environments of children and families
- Complete all required Clinical Records and FCT documents
- Develop and coordinate discharge plans
- Conduct psychoeducation
- Participate in the Treatment Team Process
