Requirements

• At least 1-2 years of medical collections experience in dealing with major insurances
• Experience working with EOBs (Explanation of Benefits, Appeals, Denials and Checking Claim Status Online)
• Must be a multi-tasker who can function in a fast-paced collection atmosphere
• Must be an aggressive but professional collector
