Job Description
HCSG is seeking a Manager-In-Training (MIT) for their Dining Services team. The program is designed to provide hands-on training in various aspects of managing an account, including general training, leadership development, policies & procedures, reporting, and leadership. The company prioritizes a positive employee experience and a collaborative work environment with over 45 years of history.
Requirements
- Demonstrate positive attitude and ability to follow instructions.
- Utilize leadership skills and handle responsibilities without supervision.
- Successfully complete required training and obtain certifications (eLuminate FSM & LTC-FSM).
- Meet COVID-19 vaccination requirements and comply with safety procedures.
- Be punctual and maintain cleanliness of assigned area.
