Job Description
The Front Office Coordinator/Patient Navigator/Medical Office Receptionist is responsible for managing front office functions, performing general office duties, and assisting the staff of the Wound Care Center. The role involves coordinating with Center leadership, maintaining patient communication, and performing various administrative tasks.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED); Associate’s degree preferred
- Minimum of Two (2) or more years office administration experience, preferably in a medical setting
- Prior medical coding experience preferred
