Job Description
Our Behavioral Tech team is vital to the success of our clients, ensuring a safe, secure, and comforting environment. Technicians will assist with client needs, monitor patient and staff safety, and maintain confidentiality. They'll also be responsible for adhering to hospital rules and regulations.
Requirements
- Assist client with daily needs (transportation, cooking, emotional support)
- Ensure client safety when on the property
- Monitor patients and recording observations
- Alert medical professionals to intervene in emergencies
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality
