We are seeking a People Experience & Learning Specialist to shape HQ's culture and employee growth strategy. This role integrates Learning & Development with employee engagement to create meaningful experiences across the employee lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Employee Experience
- Demonstrated experience with LMS administration, training program design, and employee engagement initiatives
- Strong project management and organizational abilities
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Proficiency with HR tools (HRIS, GSuite, Notion) and learning platforms (LMS, e-learning authoring tools)
- Analytical and data-oriented mindset for evaluating learning and engagement impact
