Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience designing digital products in cross-functional product teams
• Leadership and teamwork skills
• Ability to lead design initiatives and work with junior product designers, product managers, and developers
• Strong understanding of user journeys and user experience principles
• Ability to conduct usability tests and use data-driven insights to inform design decisions
