Requirements
- 5+ years in data science or advanced analytics, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models in commercial contexts (sales, marketing, eCommerce).
- Familiarity with recommendation systems, churn modeling, and customer lifetime value analytics.
- Strong understanding of commercial strategies and revenue growth levers.
- Ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
