Job Description
As a project manager, you'll be the central point of contact between clients and the project team, responsible for translating requirements into actionable tasks, managing schedules and budgets, and guiding projects from planning to completion. This involves project planning, implementation, and control, clear communication with clients and the project team, monitoring scope and budget, reporting status, identifying and mitigating risks, and planning follow-up projects.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a project manager in software projects
- Experience in planning, controlling, and monitoring projects
- Technical understanding of software projects
- Strong communication and moderation skills
- Structured, independent working style and assertiveness
- Experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience with project planning tools (Jira, Confluence)
- Secure verbal and written communication skills in German
