Staff Accountant

Hazel Health is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant (Entry Level) to support day-to-day accounting operations across a fast-growing healthcare organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 0–2 years of accounting experience; internship or relevant coursework is a plus
• Basic understanding of GAAP principles
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in spreadsheets and learning new systems; experience with accounting software is a plus
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities
• A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy
• Passion for Hazel’s mission and a desire to contribute to expanding access to quality pediatric care
