District Sales Manager

The District Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of Hayward Flow Control products within the municipal water and chemical processing markets by expanding distributor stocking positions and improving branch-level engagement within an assigned territory. This role focuses on strengthening relationships with key distribution partners and equipping distributor sales teams with technical knowledge and tools needed to promote Hayward products effectively.

Requirements

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow sales
• Identify and prioritize distributor branches for inventory expansion
• Conduct regular branch visits to audit stock levels and ensure alignment with Hayward stocking programs
• Deliver comprehensive training to distributor inside and outside sales teams
• Partner with distributor sales representatives on joint customer calls and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with Hayward's Regional Sales Managers and Product Management on promotions and product launches
• Track and report key metrics such as branch-level stocking increases and sales growth
• Gather competitive intelligence and market feedback to support new product development and strategic planning
• Represent Hayward Flow Control at industry events and trade shows as needed
