Job Description
A stable, growing real estate company is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to join the accounting team. The role involves performing monthly bank and account reconciliations, researching and resolving discrepancies, and handling accounting for multiple companies and properties.
Requirements
- Accounting experience, preferably in real estate or property management
- Experience with Yardi or similar accounting/property management software
- Strong understanding of bank reconciliations, general ledger, and financial reporting
- Ability to manage multiple entities and competing priorities
- Comfortable working with large transaction volumes
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
