Job Description
Hays Electrical Services is a leading provider of electrical services to the hospitality, commercial, and solar industries. We are seeking a dependable and experienced Underground Leadman to support the Foreman and help lead daily field operations.
Requirements
- Assist the Foreman in overseeing daily field activities and crew coordination.
- Maintain productivity by keeping crews focused and tasks moving efficiently.
- Step in to lead the crew when the Foreman is unavailable.
- Operate or assist with equipment, materials, and tools as needed.
- Help enforce job site safety standards and encourage best practices.
- Communicate progress and needs to the Foreman or Project Manager.
- Ensure the jobsite is organized, clean, and all team members are aware of their tasks.
- Read and follow basic plans, work orders, and layouts to support underground utility installation.
