Job Description
Hays Electrical Services is seeking a skilled NETA Field Service Technician to perform electrical testing, commissioning, and maintenance on medium- and low-voltage power distribution systems. The role involves ensuring all work complies with NETA standards and ensuring customer safety and project delivery. They focus on cooperative, collaborative projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of field electrical testing experience
- NETA Level II–IV certification preferred
- Proficient with Omicron, Megger, Doble, or similar test equipment
- Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line diagrams and schematics
- Current OSHA 10/30 and NFPA 70E training
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
- Performance Metrics (KPIs): Test accuracy and compliance rate ≥ 98%
- Report delivery within 48 hours of job completion
- Zero safety violations per quarter
- Customer satisfaction > 90%
