Compliance Associate role supporting day-to-day delivery and evolution of compliance framework across business, working with teams firmwide.
Requirements
- 4-5 years compliance experience in alternative investment manager or private markets/private credit firm
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory framework for asset management businesses
- Experience with monitoring, Code of Ethics, SM&CR or regulatory change is advantageous
- Clear communication skills with sound judgement and attention to detail
- Organised and able to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment
