Job Description
As a Community Manager at Havenpark Communities, you will be the on-site CEO of your own community, responsible for its financial success, operational excellence, and vibrant culture. You will inspire your team, create a loyal resident base, and drive revenue through community marketing efforts. You will also manage the bottom line, control costs, and ensure financial integrity.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in multi-family property management
- Manufactured home community experience is a major plus
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
