Job Description
Havenly is seeking a Director of Havenly Services to lead and scale core design offerings, including online interior design and in-home design services. This role focuses on driving business performance, enhancing the customer experience, and supporting a growing network of designers. It's a full-time, in-person position based at the Denver headquarters.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in service operations, business strategy, or general management, ideally in a consumer services, design, or tech-enabled environment.
- Proven experience managing large or distributed teams.
- Strong analytical and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to design and execute projects at scale.
