Job Description
Haus is looking for an Analytical Lead - Causal Inference to partner with the Measurement Strategy team and deliver results from their science platform. The ideal candidate will drive value and confidence in results, communicate actionable insights to diverse audiences, and develop solutions to ensure robust, reliable results and seamless communication at scale.
Requirements
- 5+ years working in a Data Scientist / Analyst role or a data-intensive consulting role
- MSc/PhD in Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative field, or equivalent industry/academic experience
- Strong communication skills and experience synthesizing complex technical concepts
- Experience researching, developing and implementing causal inference methodologies
- Proficiency with analytical tools such as Looker, Tableau, dbt
- Proficiency in languages such as Python and SQL
- Familiarity with marketing measurement methodologies, particularly geo-based or regional testing
