- Minimum of 5 years in the construction industry in the field
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contract documents, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Professional, dependable, and ethical
- Leadership, coaching and communication skills (verbal and written); Builds rapport/negotiates skillfully
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and various systems
- Knowledge of all facets of ground up building construction
- Demonstrates great work ethic and a positive attitude
