Join our Load Planning team as a Senior Coordinator - Shipping and contribute to the organization and planning of transportation from our Creutzwald warehouse to clients across Europe. Develop your skills in transportation and load planning, and work in a team of 7 people.
Requirements
- Plan and coordinate shipments to external or internal clients
- Interface with transporters to ensure the setup of transportation
- Interface with clients to ensure the consideration of negotiated delivery deadlines
- Ensure the scheduling and planning of pickup of orders in relation with the warehouse capacity
- Ensure proper handling of orders while respecting delivery deadlines.
- Establish the transportation schedule and the content of the trucks in relation with the headquarters and the warehouse
- Welcome and register drivers upon arrival and issue CMRs
- Keep track of the Evaluation GRID and KPIs
- Launch the Logiweb planning on SAP at J+1, taking into account customer specifications and stock management
- Control of invoices – Update of the pre-billing follow-up table
- Respond to auditor search requests
