The role involves providing a menu of prime steaks, fresh seafood, and modern American cuisine in a welcoming atmosphere, with tasting and trail assessments for evaluation. Harvest Restaurant Group operates 14 properties throughout Northern New Jersey.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Executive Chef experience in an upscale casual dining or fine dining environment.
• Experience in an American Tavern concept is strongly preferred.
• Ability to interpret and manage recipes to ensure compliance and minimize waste.
• Strong broiler skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Team player and mentor.
