Requirements
- Successful completion of training or higher education in digital apps and solutions or customer service
- First professional experience in support for digital (medical) apps and solutions
- In-depth knowledge of Service Management Tools such as Salesforce and ServiceNow
- Very good knowledge of German and English, French skills are an asset
- Experience in collaboration with 1st and 3rd Level Support organizations
- Well-developed service orientation and communication skills
