We are recruiting for a Head Chef to join our passionate and supportive dining team at Harrods Knightsbridge store. As a seasoned Head Chef, you'll lead the kitchen's daily operations, inspiring and energizing your brigade to deliver excellence with every plate.
Requirements
- Proven track record of success within high-volume, high-end restaurant environments
- Ability to motivate and lead a brigade to deliver quality while fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen culture
- Strong PC literacy (including Word, Excel, and ideally SAP)
- Attention to detail, including meticulous paperwork, well-organized department, and precise stock management
