VP / Head of Finance

Harmonic Security is seeking a VP/Head of Finance to establish the financial foundations for company growth, focusing on investor relations, board preparation, and operational scaling. This role is a strategic position requiring both strategic finance and tactical execution of finance functions, leveraging automation and analytics. It will initially be an individual contributor, scaling into a leadership role.

Requirements

• 10 – 15+ years of progressive finance experience in high-growth SaaS, ideally with exposure to cybersecurity.
• Track record of leading fundraising processes (Series B – D) and engaging with VCs/VC firms.
• Exposure to FP&A, investor relations, accounting, and operations in a scaling startup environment.
• Demonstrated ability to build finance teams and scalable processes.
