HARMAN is a technology leader that is rapidly on the move, and they are looking for a Manager, Supply Chain to join their team. The Manager, Supply Chain will be responsible for full visibility of supply planning from operations perspective and on time/on quality delivery, and will need to lead planning team activities and be first escalation for internal customers, regions, in case of demand vs supply issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain and/or Business Management with minimum 10 years of global supply chain planning experience in electronics industry or FMCG
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience with MNCs
- Proven customer and supplier relationship management skills
- Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin with fluent verbal and written communication skills, Cantonese speaking is a plus
- Strong inter-personal and communication skills, used to work under stress
- Strong knowledge in SAP system and Microsoft Offices applications
- Self-starter, goal oriented and result driven
- Strong team player
- Customer focus
- Deadline oriented and able to work under pressure
- Self-awareness, willing to learn and open to changes
