Manager, Program (PA)

As a Program Manager at HARMAN, you will oversee the planning and execution of assigned programs from product concept to mass production. You will lead a multi-discipline team to deliver programs that meet business requirements. You will be responsible for managing cross-functional program teams, executing programs in accordance with the defined product development model, and tracking progress. You will also be responsible for preparing program budgets, tracking expenses, and driving product cost optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Minimum 7 years product development experience in project management professional
• Solid knowledge of consumer audio products
• Experience in project budgeting, resources planning and tracking
• Requires PC skills using programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and Project and PowerPoint
• Fluent English communication in oral and writing
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset and pro-active decision making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work in fast-paced and multitasking environment
• Result driven and good team player
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certified
