Job Description
As an Engineer, Requirement Management at HARMAN, you will collect, structure, and monitor stakeholder requirements during the complete lifecycle processes. You will ensure data maintenance in the Requirements Management tools and measure and report the process performance based on defined KPIs.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of embedded software and system
- Ability to communicate advanced and complex concepts and ideas persuasively and concisely to all levels of the business
- Fluent communication skills in English and Japanese
- Experience working with or for a Japanese automotive supplier / carmaker
