As a DSP Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing and integrating new audio technologies within Harman's audio processing tool suites AudioworX based on internal and external stakeholders' requirements. You will work on developing audio DSP algorithms and software for automotive audio products, drive innovation, and collaborate with internal/external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent, PhD preferred.
- Profound experience in R&D in the fields of digital (audio) signal processing and (DSP) algorithms.
- Experience working in the professional or consumer audio industry, technology industry, or automotive industry.
- Profound knowledge in acoustics, psychoacoustics, sound quality, sound field measurement and equalization, and related fields.
- Experience in professional SW engineering / agile SW development.
- At least 5+ years of experience in audio DSP software development/software architecture, or algorithm design.
- Profound experience in C/C++ programming with exposure to embedded systems.
- Experience with DSPs such as ADI Sharc family.
- Experience in MATLAB programming.
- Bonus Points if You Have: Experience in Jira and Scrum processes, Experience with ASPICE or similar processes, Hands-on experience in managing multiple projects, Experience working in Linux-based embedded software.
