Harlem Children’s Zone seeks a Program Director for our Promise Academy I Teen After School Program. The Program Director will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality programming, and lead a multidisciplinary team to support student growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; Master’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience managing in an education, social services, or community-related program
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong knowledge of child safety protocols in New York State
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
