2026 Summer Program Aide

Harlem Children's Zone seeks a Summer Program Aide to support their Summer Program. The Aide will work with students in various activities, lead workshops, and model positive behavior. This is a part-time, 7-week position with a potential for permanent placement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Background check, medical, and fingerprinting requirements
• Experience working with students and/or at-risk youth
• Excellent communication skills
• Familiarity with issues prevalent in underserved communities
