The Loan Operations Specialist supports the full life cycle of loan processing to ensure accuracy, compliance, and superior customer service. This includes boarding and servicing loans in the core system, and ensuring all transactions meet regulatory, policy, and audit standards.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years' banking experience
- FIS Horizon is preferred
- Hands-on experience in the processing of various loans to include commercial, consumer, and mortgage
- Demonstrated decision-making
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to provide prompt service and timely decisions within a fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to interact with internal and external customers in a professional manner to provide exceptional customer service
