Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician at Harbor Group Management Company. Responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property's buildings and grounds. Perform general maintenance, respond to resident service requests, and keep amenity areas clean and operable.

Requirements

• Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting
• Appliance service and repair are a plus
• HVAC certification is highly preferred
• Apartment maintenance experience ideal
• Must be available for on-call work
