Job Description
Harbor Group Management Company is a multi-billion dollar real estate investment and property management firm. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining efficient operation and upkeep of the property’s buildings and grounds.
Requirements
- Prior experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall and painting
- Appliance service and repair are a plus
- HVAC certification is highly preferred
- Apartment maintenance experience ideal
- Must be available for on-call work
