The Manager, Warehouse & Logistics role is responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and operational excellence, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring efficient logistics.

Requirements

• Lead and develop a high-performing, results driven team
• Mentor and coach staff, offering hands-on training
• Develop and implement training tools related to standard operating procedures
• Motivate the team, provide regular feedback, and address performance issues
• Provide coverage for team members and perform general warehouse duties
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to meet business objectives
• Monitor and report on team performance through key metrics (KPIs)
• Manage warehouse layout to optimize space, streamline operations, and ensure a clean and safe work environment
