We are seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager to drive adoption, value, and long-term customer partnership across a portfolio of strategic accounts. As a trusted advisor and proactive problem-solver, you will champion customer outcomes, influence executive stakeholders, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
Requirements
- Strategic thinking and strong communication
- Relationship-building across multiple layers of an organization
- Ability to interpret data to guide decisions
- Experience in a SaaS environment
- Multifamily or PropTech industry experience preferred
- Experience with Gainsight or similar CS platforms preferred
