Job Description
HappyCo is seeking a Head of Product to lead our product organization through the next phase of growth — expanding from a single-product leader to a cohesive multi-product platform company. This leader will shape the strategy and execution of our platform, data, and AI-first initiatives while driving measurable customer and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS Product Management
- 5+ years leading PM teams across multi-product portfolios
- Proven success building and scaling multiple products (0→1 and 1→n)
- Deep understanding of multi-product pricing, packaging, and adoption mechanics
- Experience monetizing or productizing data, analytics, or AI-powered features
- Strength in outcome-based roadmapping, discovery, and lean delivery
- Strong collaboration and executive communication skills
