Requirements
- 2+ years of people leadership or technical delivery leadership in software development environments
- 5+ years experience in digital, SaaS or engineering roles
- Proven ability to support performance and growth through coaching and structured development
- Experience hiring and nurturing talent across a range of experience levels
- Practical understanding of modern engineering practices
- Strong communication skills with the proven ability to build trust and alignment across teams
- Comfort operating in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities
- A balanced approach to quality, speed and customer value
