Hands-On Healthcare is recruiting rehabilitation support workers in Leeds to support individuals with acquired brain injury. The role involves assisting clients with rehabilitation goals and independent living skills.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 professional care references that cover last 3 years
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written
• Right to work in the UK and a National insurance number
• Mandatory training certificates in date within the last 12 months
• Clear Enhanced DBS
• Up to date CV
• Ability to work in high demanding and fast paced environment
• Medication trained (Buccal Midazolam)
