Assist and provide support to the Weatherization Program Director and Quality Control Inspector in conducting inspections and maintaining documentation on weatherization projects. Perform record keeping and collaborate in the installation of carbon monoxide and smoke alarms.
Requirements
- Work closely with Quality control inspector, and Multifamily Energy Auditor.
- Assist in quality control checks on 1-4 units completed during contract year.
- Maintains thorough understanding of the Federal and State Policies and Procedures that govern the Weatherization Assistance Program.
- Collaborates with contractors to determine qualified change orders to original work orders and aid in scheduling jobs and or inspections.
- Resolves customer and crew complaints and/or issues using sound problem-solving skills.
- Adheres to safety policies outlined in Agency handbook and OSHA safety standards.
