Job Description
HANAC, Inc. is a New York City-based multi-faceted social services organization seeking a Case Manager for its NORC program. The Case Manager will assist the Program Director in managing the operations of a social services information, referral, and assistance program.
Requirements
- BA or Associate's degree with demonstrated human service experience
- Experience providing social services case assistance
- Strong communication skills (writing and speaking)
