Clinical Implementation Specialist – Digital Solutions (CDSS – Respiratory Care)

Hamilton Medical seeks a Clinical Implementation Specialist – Digital Solutions to support the clinical implementation, adoption, and sustained use of its clinical decision support systems (CDSS) for respiratory and critical care. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical credibility in respiratory and critical care environments, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to support clinical change, workflow adoption, and practice improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong clinical credibility in respiratory and critical care environments
• Demonstrated ability to educate, train, and influence clinicians in fast-paced clinical settings
• Ability to support clinical change, workflow adoption, and practice improvement initiatives
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams
• Ability to work remotely and travel as needed
• Bachelor’s degree in a clinical or healthcare-related field or equivalent clinical experience required
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in respiratory care, critical care, or ICU settings required
• Experience in clinical education, clinical implementation, or respiratory care practice improvement initiatives required
• Clinical background (e.g., Respiratory Therapist, ICU Nurse, or equivalent clinical role) required
• Experience supporting clinical workflow adoption and sustained use of clinical or digital solutions beyond initial training delivery required
