Fabrication Operator

Hamilton Kent is a multinational manufacturer and distributor of resilient-rubber, watertight, sealing systems and components. We are looking for a Fabrication Operator to support efficient production and adhere to safety expectations in our facility in Winchester, Tennessee.

Requirements

• Troubleshoot and address production process problems as they arise.
• Read and understand technical documentation and work instructions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment while adhering to all safety policies and procedures.
• Ensure and follow quality procedures are adhered to and fill out the production records.
• Meet and maintain company ISO quality and production requirements.
• Workable knowledge of and ability to use micrometers, dial indicators, calipers, gauge pins, impact tester and pressure test equipment.
• Must be eager to learn, excited to work on a team, and have good written and verbal communication skills
• Other duties as the need arises and/or assigned.
