Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Instrumentation and Controls Engineer to join our team. As an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation and control systems and components for various projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering Technology, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of experience as an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer
- Strong knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and controls design principles, codes, and standards, including CEC and ISA
- Proficiency in valve sizing software
- Solid understanding of instrumentation and controls equipment, components, and materials used in industrial and mining applications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, sub-contractors, and vendors
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Professional engineer license (P.Eng) is desirable but not mandatory
