Requirements

• Facilitate the supply of high-quality products with the maximum utilization of resources available, at optimum cost to meet Organizational and Marketing requirements in a timely manner.
• Ensure smooth functioning of machine/manufacture products to achieve the production targets of the division.
• Maintain machine log sheets/History cards/punch record sheets/ Punch record sheet/ Production Record updated and any other relevant data formats.
• Carry out adjustments and repairs to all Plant, utility and Machinery effectively to comply with QMS, EHS, GES requirements
• Report for work to ensure plant operation/ activities assigned are done as per the requirement set by management.
• Ensure that all operations are carried out to prevent any risks to personnel and the environment by following EHS and GMP procedures.
• Suggest and assist in implementing any continuous improvements/suggestions related to the work undertaken.
